FIRM FOCUS IS REAL ESTATE
One of the most important aspects of real estate law is good title; ownership depends on it. Frank is a title attorney and examines titles for several title companies. For four years Frank worked for a national title insurance company as Regional Title Counsel. In addition to assisting attorneys in the community, he supervised the Title Insurance Department staff, including the company’s title examiners. During that time he also presented Continuing Legal Education seminars to lawyers on different aspects of real estate law. Most of the seminars were in Erie County, New York, but he also presented in Chautauqua, Genesee, Niagara and Monroe Counties, and in White Plains, New York. He co-authored a booklet entitled Reverse Mortgages in a Nutshell (Copyright Oct. 8, 2004). Some of the topics he presented included reverse mortgages (or HECM), commercial lending title insurance, reading a title insurance commitment and title policy, adverse possession and marketable title.

CLIENTS
Confidentiality is very important to the attorney client relationship. For that reason we cannot disclose specific clients but, as indicated earlier, we have represented lenders, developers, realtors, and builders in addition to purchasers and sellers.

STAFF
Through the years we have employed several attorneys, paralegals and assistants. We are still in touch with them and enjoy seeing their success. At the moment our staff consists of Frank, paralegals and assistants.

COMMUNITY SERVICE
It is important to give back to your community. In the legal community Frank has served on real estate committees for the New York State and Erie County Bar Associations. Outside of the legal community he has participated for many years in Rotary Club and a community youth Babe Ruth Baseball league.
